We are a group of clinics focused on patient care and full scope Optometry. Full range of diagnostic equipment including: OCT, VF, and Fundus imaging. Clinic staff are available to provide full administrative and technical support for the doctor. We are looking for an optometrist to either rotate part-time at our clinic in northern British Columbia, or stay local full time. All travel costs including a newly renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment are included for trips to the clinic site. We are looking for an optometrist that enjoys practicing full scope Optometry. Compensation is highly lucrative, current total compensation package of schedule being taken over has potential for $300,000/year with revenue-share, base minimum compensation provided at $215,000/yr.

The University of Waterloo School of Optometry & Vision Science, Faculty of Science, is seeking
qualified applicants for a full-time position in the faculty category of clinical lecturer, in the area of
Binocular Vision (BV)/Vision Therapy (VT)/Vision Rehabilitation. The position is a 1-year definite
term with the possibility of renewal.
The university Optometry Clinics include primary care and specialty clinics that encompass the full
spectrum of the contemporary practice of optometry. The successful candidate will be passionate
about teaching, clinical education, patient care, and the profession of optometry.
The successful candidate will have completed a Doctor of Optometry degree and a residency
including Vision Therapy/Vision Rehabilitation or have an equivalent of 3 or more years of clinical
experience in this area. The expectation is to be an enthusiastic clinical teacher with commitment
to exceptional patient care. Assignments will include evenings and some Saturday clinic.
The range of duties include intern supervision, residency supervision, on-call services, direct
patient care.
Applicants should be eligible for a general or academic certificate of registration with the College of
Optometrists of Ontario. Applicants would ideally be able to take up the position by August 2024.
Salary is negotiable within a range $95,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and
qualifications.
