The Role
We are seeking a confident and patient-focused Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose ocular diseases, and oversee specialized treatments (e.g., dry eye, myopia management, or contact lens fittings). You will be fully supported by a talented, experienced team of administrative staff who handle patient scheduling, pre-testing, and billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases, injuries, and abnormalities.
  • Recommend precise prescription eyewear and contact lenses tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using our EMR system.
  • Educate patients on preventative eye health, myopia control, and dry eye treatments.

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Optometrists.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for full-scope patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team mindset (New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!).
