Summary:
Mission Eye Clinic is looking for a dispensing optometric assistant.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Dispensing eye wear for clients and assisting them with their choice of frames and informing lens choices based on prescription, fit and style, etc.
- Adjusting/repairing/troubleshooting eye wear, and neutralizing/verifying lenses.
- Conduct sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Contact lens ordering and Insert and Removal training.
- Patient pretesting, and reception work (greeting patients, booking appointments, answering phones, invoicing and checking out patients).
We are willing to train for various aspects of this position but must have Optical Dispensing experience.
