Summary:

Victoria Vision Eye Care has a full-time opening to cover a medical leave through December, but we would like someone who would continue part-time afterwards. If it's a good fit on both sides, your role would grow towards partnership in the practice.

We are a privately owned, 2 lane, dispensing practice located in downtown Victoria. We serve a diverse patient base, who entrust us to care for multiple generations of their families, some since 1969. They appreciate the extra time that we take for dilation, listening and counseling. We consider everyone part of the circle of care. Our staff supporting the doctors, so the doctors can focus attention on the patients; everyone on the team practicing the good habits that shape how we treat each other and our patients.

Victoria is a quality of life city. People here practice work life balance so they can participate in the active outdoor lifestyle, thriving arts community and enjoy the vibrant local food culture.

We have an immediate opening for up to 5 days a week through the end of December to cover an emergency medical leave. After that we will have 3 days a week available.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who shares our values with a desire to own and willingness to help with the oversight and growth of the practice.
