Position Overview
This is a dynamic, people-facing role that blends clinical support, eyewear styling, and creative marketing. You’ll be a key part of both the patient journey and how our clinic shows up in the community and online.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Patient Experience & Clinical Support
  • Greet patients with warmth and enthusiasm, be the friendly face of the clinic
  • Pre-test patients and perform extra testing on patients as needed
  • Keep patient visits running smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensure every patient feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued 
  • Optical Styling & Sales
  • Help patients find frames they love and feel confident wearing
  • Provide guidance on lenses, coatings, and options in an approachable way
  • Adjust, fit, and dispense eyewear with attention to detail
  • Maintain an inviting, stylish, and well-organized retail space

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Help create fun, engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories)
  • Participate in in-store promotions and community events
  • Share ideas to grow our presence and attract new patients
  • Contribute to keeping our brand fresh, friendly, and relatable

Qualifications

  • A positive, outgoing, and approachable personality is a must
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with people
  • Experience in optometry, retail, or customer service is an asset
  • Interest in fashion, eyewear, or styling is a bonus
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment

We are looking to fill a position on Thursdays and Saturdays from May to August, with the possibility to start full time in September
