We are selling our Medmont Meridia (Professional model), purchased just 4 years ago and maintained in excellent condition. This advanced anterior segment platform has been an invaluable tool in our practice, and the only reason we are selling it is that we are upgrading to the Medmont Vantage.

The Medmont Meridia Professional is a powerful, all-in-one anterior segment imaging and topography system designed for comprehensive ocular surface assessment, contact lens fitting, and disease diagnosis/management. This machine is a workhorse and is the most utilized piece of equipment in our office (other than our pre-testing equipment). This device is a fantastic addition to any office and has had the quickest/best ROI from all of the equipment we have purchased for our cold start.

Its multifunctional capabilities include:

• Specialty Contact Lens Fitting: Highly accurate corneal topography with advanced mapping tools for designing and optimizing scleral, ortho-k, and RGP lenses. It is fully integrated for orthoK lens ordering.


• Dry Eye Assessment: Integrated imaging for meibography, tear meniscus height, non-invasive tear break-up time (NIBUT), meibomography and lipid layer evaluation. It also creates customizable dry eye reports for patients.


• Anterior Segment Imaging: High-resolution color imaging of the cornea, conjunctiva, and lids for documentation, education, and monitoring. Includes fluorescein imaging!


• Disease Management & Diagnosis: Objective data to support diagnosis and tracking of conditions such as keratoconus, pterygium, and ocular surface disease.

Since the device is still within its useful life, Precision Technology Services has agreed to continue supporting the software and hardware for whoever purchases it.
